Foods that are approved while on the Daniel Fast:

• Beans and lentils (All types permitted)
• Nuts and seeds (All types permitted, except those with added salt)
• Fruits and vegetables (All types permitted)
• Oils and fats (All types permitted)
• Whole grains (All types permitted)
• Unleavened bread (All types permitted)
• Herbs and spices (All types permitted)
• Water, 100% fruit juice, herbal teas
